I know what it's like to feel constantly overwhelmed, successful on paper but deeply disconnected inside. I found myself burnt out, uninspired, and with my stress levels through the roof. I was chasing success the masculine way - through hustle, force, and constant doing. I had molded myself into who I thought I had to be—polished, productive, with a "successful" corporate career and "busy" lifestyle. But deep down, I knew this was far from my true self. I was completely unaligned and, honestly, unwell.
